Service Tech Trainee

We are adding to our team! Are you someone who loves a challenge and enjoys learning how and why things work? Been known to take things apart to see what's inside? 

The position is for someone who is self motivated to take action and do more than what is expected in order to deliver excellence service to customers. The individual should actively seek to build and acquire new knowledge in order to improve and develop skills.  This position is a trainee level. Some training is online, some is in office/shop and much is shadowing an experienced service technician. Time of training is dependent on individual and current aptitude and skill set.

In the Service Tech Trainee position you will perform basic inspections, diagnostic and mechanic services on appliances in residential homes and in shop environment.

Great customer service skills and adherence to safety regulations are a must. A strong desire to learn and adapt, keep a positive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile.
